The Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Bill was read the first time in the House of Lord and is now made available to the public on the Home Office website: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/documents/managingourborders/border-cit-imm-bill/

BritishHongKong is now looking into the details of the bill, and intends to make an official response by post to the two Houses of the Parliament by next week. We will continue to seek other possibilities to make our voice known to both the British government and the general public.
