Title: Knowing Your Nationality: Introduction to British nationality law with respect to the people in Hong Kong Objectives are: 1. to enable the participants to have a grasp of the history and development of British nationality law and their relationship to the people in Hong Kong; 2. to facilitate the participants to enhance their understanding of the nature of British nationality and Immigration laws; 3. to facilitate the participants to enhance their understanding of the position of British nationality law in the European Economic Community/ European Union; and 4. to realise the importance of the needs of equal human rights in the nationality law.
