British National (Overseas), mainly the British Nationals from the former British Dependent Territory of Hong Kong are giving another sign of getting full British Citizenship in the future. This time, the UK government is consulting with The Joint Committee on Human Rights to adopt Bill of Rights for the UK.
This possible Bill of Rights is meant to replace the entire Human Right Act, to fit the United Kingdom into the European Community (EC) in the model of 21st century.
